Details CASTLE RISING TF 62 SE 6/6 Lamp post at TF 6666 2473 c20m north of Barn at Castle Farm (q.v. 6/3) II Lamp post, war memorial, dated 1919. Square oak post c2.4m high with wrought iron straps; wrought iron octagonal lantern with scroll work to finial. Small commemorative plaque to front of post recording its erection by the people of Castle Rising. Listing NGR: TF6665624744 This List entry has been amended to add the source for War Memorials Register. This source was not used in the compilation of this List entry but is added here as a guide for further reading, 20 January 2017.
