Details SJ 99 SE 7/77 LONGDENDALE MOTTRAM ROAD (south side) War Memorial and railings II War memorial. c.1920. Stone. Rusticated stone base with angled buttresses in an eclectic manner. Circular corner columns carry a canopy with pediments, finials, a dome and a cross and enclose the rolls of honour. Plain iron railings on each side. Listing NGR: SJ9898393815 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 10 August 2017.
