Details DISLEY 60/0/10004 War Memorial 23-OCT-01 GV II War memorial. 1920, commemorating the fallen of the First World War and with later inscriptions to the Disley fallen of the Second World War. Sandstone. In the form of a tall cusped cross, set on a plinth with inscriptions. It occupies a prominent position in the centre of Disley. This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 4 September 2017.
