Details TF 5002 15/42 UPWELL NEW ROAD Tower 30m North of Welle Manor Hall G.V. II Tower flanking east side of former entrance to courtyard and terminating containing wall. Walls now removed leaving tower free standing. Circa 1480. Brick. Octagonal with flat abutment to south containing segmental-headed doorway beneath pointed hood mould on labels. Above door is tall segmental-headed window now blocked with timber pierced for dove holes. Interior retains brick winder staircase.
