Details DYMOCK THE VILLAGE SO 73 SW (north side) 5/106 Cooper monument, in the churchyard about 4m east of south-east corner of south transept, Church of St. Mary GV II Pedestal tomb. Cooper, third quarter C18. Stone: hexagonal. Hexagonal base, probably for urn, missing by 1985; moulding, pyramidal top, alternating urns and paterae in relief: roll moulding, flat lid with moulded edge; moulded frieze. Sides alternating tall ovals with corner paterae, raised rectangles with scalloped corners. Moulded base. Some weathering: earliest decipherable date of death 1777; later inscriptions to 1907.
