Erected 1920. Squat obelisk, raised on rectangular plinth above stepped base, and set within cast-iron railed enclosure curved low quadrant walls stugged and snecked ashlar; square terminal piers and obelisk wide and narrow banded ashlar. Bronze winged figure against north face of obelisk.
