Seaton Carew lighthouse is a lighthouse in lowlands. Established 1838. (Lighthouse in North-East England.) Wikipedia notes: "The Seaton Carew lighthouses were a pair of leading light towers built in Seaton Carew to guide ships into the River Tees.
