Details SU 70 SW HAVANT YEW TREE LANE Hayling Island 16.5.52 7/27 Old Fleet Manor GV II House. C16. Timber-frame, with a thatch roof. 2 storeys and attic, 4 main bays, each with a window. Hipped roof, brought to a low eaves in a north-end outshot, one gabled and tiled former (with tiled roof below); shafted stack. Exposed frame with arch bracing, filled with painted brickwork.
