One room deep with central entrance, rear service range at right angle with later extension in angle. Three storeys, rusticated quoins; 3 windows; glazing bar sashes, reduced proportions on second floor; central projecting Tuscan porch in antis with blocked returns, cornice and blocking course, semi-circular arched headed doorway with decorative fanlight, half-glazed C20 door.
