Details DRIFFIELD DRIFFIELD VILLAGE SU 09 NE (west side) 9/29 Driffield Manor (formerly listed as Manor House) 4.6.52 GV II Detached house. Late C17, much altered and enlarged in early C20 to rear and side. Random coursed rubble stone with alternating flush gables, stone slate roof with coped gable ends, stone end stacks with offset and moulded cornice. Single main range of C17, 2 storeys and attic. Five windows, 2-light stone mullion and transoms with leaded lights, in flush surrounds. Four on ground floor with continuous plat band over, central stone doorcase with C20 half-glazed door and 2-light fanlight. Two small hipped dormers with 2-light leaded casements. C20 additions mostly with stone mullion windows in flush surrounds. Interior much altered in C20.
