Details Blue Hill TL 22 SE BENINGTON WALKERN ROAD (east side) 3/10 Blue Hill Manor - - II House. Early C19, incorporating earlier walls, S part later C19. Brown brick but incorporating Cl7 red brick in English-bond at rear. Low-pitched hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves. A 2-storeys double-pile plan original house with 2 chimneys on the mid wall. Faces W with 3 windows symmetrical front and 2-windows wide S extension. Rendered plinth, stucco floor band, single- and paired-brackets to panelled eaves soffit. Recessed sash windows with 8/8 panes. Porch central to older part with arched fanlight rising into open pediment on Doric 3/4 columns. Fanlight of lobes over a double circle with paterae. Double doors inside porch with similar arched fanlight. 5 sash windows at rear with 6/6 panes. Round headed radial fanlight to half glazed rear door. Formerly called Moodershill Farm house.
