Details SU 45 NW ASHMANSWORTH CROSS LANE 2/8 Ashmansworth Manor II Early Cl9, circa 1900, and recent. Symmetrical front (south-east) of 2-storeys and attic, 3 windows. Hipped tile roof, 3 gabled dormers with casements. Red brick walling in Flemish bond, rubbed flat arched, stone cills, high plinth. Victorian sashes in reveals. Doorcase with large moulded canopy on carved brackets, decorated frieze, panelled pilasters, plain fanlight and half-glazed door, above stone steps. The other elevations have flint walls with red brick quoins and bands, the lower rear buildings being circa 1900 and recent, in similar styles.
