Brecon Beacons mountain weekend
Two days of peaks, waterfalls and Black Mountain ridges.
The Brecon Beacons (or Bannau Brycheiniog as the park is now formally known) cover 500 square miles of southern Wales. Pen y Fan is the tallest, but the most dramatic landscape is the waterfall country in the south-west around Ystradfellte. Two days lets you summit Pen y Fan on day one and walk the Four Waterfalls trail on day two.
