Around the base of the cross are four square blocks on which are inscribed the names of twenty seven casualties of the Great War. The whole stands on a square stone slab. HISTORY The memorial was erected at a cost of £228 and dedicated on 10th July 1920. It was designed by Inigo Triggs.
