Details TQ 35NE CATERHAM & WARLINGHAM GREEN (THE) FORMER URBAN DISTRICT WARLINGHAM 3/22 War Memorial to the First World War II War memorial. 1919. Stone on 3 step square plinth; moulded base with panelled tapering pedestal above decorated with a shield at the top on each face. Life size figure of soldier in Army uniform standing on the pedestal carrying rifle with a female figure carrying a child laying at his feet. Erected as a memorial to the First World War dead with rectangular tablet added to the base in 1946 to commemorate the dead of the Second World War.
