Tall and narrow rough hewn piece of stone with a smooth carved surface facing down the avenue of trees. This face inscribed:- avenue of trees is planted to the memory of 36 old boys of this school who fell in the Great War 1914-1919 and below follows a list of the names of those who are commemorated here. Listing NGR: SK4840005800 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register.
