Details This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 12 November 2024 to correct a typo in the Description and reformat the and text to current standards SE 16 NW 1825-/2/10003 BEWERLEY (OFF) WEST LANE (North side) Throstle Nest Bridge & Perseverence Level Entrance II Bridge and mine level entrance. 1825. Dressed stone, constructed without mortar. A single large segmental arch spanning the beck, and on the southern bank a long abutment on the east face of the bridge with a smaller round arched entrance to the mine level. Over this arch an inscription, Perseverence 1825. At road level a plain band, and above a stone parapet.
