Category C Date Added 13/05/1991 Local Authority East Lothian Planning Authority East Lothian Parish Saltoun NGR NT 45925 68997 Coordinates 345925, 668997 — Probably late 18th century. Single span bridge over River Tyne, with large overflow arch set at distance in field to W. Rubble with stugged voussoirs to broad segmental arch with string course above. Low segmental arch in neighbouring field. Parapet over arches and linking stretch, curving on N side to E, and comprised of rubble with droved coping and quasi-dies, in manner common to bridges of East Lothian; polygonal end piers. — Stretching between Saltoun and Pencaitland parishes, and to E of Saltoun Hall North Lodge.
