Details SP 84 NE SHERINGTON SHERINGTON ROAD 5/173 Sherington Bridge over River Ouse 17.11.66 - II Bridge. C18, repaired and c1972 parapets removed and concrete deck introduced to widen it. Dressed rubblestone. 3 centre arches with keyblocks divided by rusticated pilasters on cut&Vatew supporting string at base of former parapet. Flanked by angular bays on cutwaters and beyond a single brick arch to approach causeways. Concrete deck and parapets over laid, but do not interfere with main C18 structure, only removing the stone parapets.
