Details TSU 2838 OVER WALLOP STATION E0AD (north side) 8/12 War Memorial GV II War memorial. Early C20 by Gething & Co, Salisbury. Chilmark stone. 5 octagonal steps up to square plinth with spurs. Shaft starts with square section, becoming octagonal with capital surmounted by octagonal cross. Around 4 stone pillars with rounded tops originally inscribed with all those who served in war. All on traffic island. Listing NGR: SP3584537061 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 6 December 2016.
