Details SK 76 SE OSSINGTON MAIN STREET (north side) 4/100 War Memorial II War memorial. Ashlar. c.1920. Chamfered square plinth, square chest with recessed inscribed panels on 3 sides. Above, gabled shrine with moulded gable and cusped opening containing crucifix. Plinth of shrine inscribed 'Thanks be to God who giveth us the Victory'. Listing NGR: SK7571064715 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 10 August 2017.
