Rectangular plan with ridge roof. Round headed sash windows. Officially closed in 1970. — Pyramidal-coped, square-section ashlar gatepiers with decorative cast-iron gate and coped rubble boundary walls enclosing the site are listed as part of North Manse (LB45584). Used only for ceremonial occasions. Listed building record updated (2024).
