Details This list entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 15/11/2016 SJ 3788, 33/1124 SEFTON PARK L17, Monument to Samuel Smith 14.03.75. G.V. II Monument to Samuel Smith MP (d. 1906). Completed 1909, sculptor C. J. Allen. Tall granite obelisk with sculptured panels of figures in relief on square plinth, and bronze inscription. Drinking fountains on 2 sides on rusticated base.
