Vehicular bridge over Penkiln Burn; single track, on E-W axis. Single span, with low segmental arch. Rubble. Granite voussoirs and slab coping. Granite abutment to E, natural rock to W. — The bridge is called "Pulgap Bridge" on the OS Maps of 1849 and 1894; it is called "Mattie White's Bridge" on the OS Map of 1907.
