Details STRATTON SOYERS LANE SY 69 SE The Old Manor and Manor 7/116 Cottage (formerly listed as Manor farmhouse) 26-1-56 GV II Manor House, now divided into two properties and extended. Mid-late C17, with C20 extension to north. Banded flint and dressed stone walls. Clay-tile roof with stone slabs at eaves, and with gable-ends. Brick stacks at left hand gable, centre ridge, and right hand gable. 2 storeys. 7 windows in total (5, Old Manor; 2, Manor Cottage), 2-light hollow-chamfered stone mullions in moulded frames, 3-light to 'bay' 5. Iron casements with lead lights. Front door, approximately at former centre, with moulded stone jambs and stepped stops, depressed-arch head in a square frame. C20 plank-and-muntin door with long strap hinges. 4-light mullions to Manor Cottage are ovolo-moulded, with returned labels at ground floor. Manor Cottage front door has moulded jambs, 6-panel door with 3 top lights, C20. Wing projecting at right angles to east, C20, using traditional materials and 3-light mullions.
