Details SX 65 NW CORNWOOD PUTTAPOOL 11/58 Langham Bridge II Road bridge over River Yealm. Circa C17/18, widened in C19. Granite ashlar bridge on the skew. Two round arches with ring arches and cutwater between on both sides. Parapet with refuges, above the cutwaters, which contain small granite seats. The parapets have chamfered coping and are splayed over the abutments. Reference: Henderson and Jervoise, "Old Devon Bridge", page 21.
