Details The entry was subject to a Minor Amendment on 20 March 2017. KENNET AND AVON CANAL 5411 Kennet and Avon Canal, Accommodation Bridge over Canal ST 85 NE 3/308 II Accommodation bridge over Kennet and Avon canal. Circa 1810. Limestone ashlar with some brick patching. Single low arch with raised keystone, plat band to level of roadway to parapet with rounded coping and end piers. Towpath on north side of canal within bridge. John Rennie was the engineer for the canal. Listing NGR: ST8590759985 The asset was previously listed twice also under List entry 1285421.
