Tiled roof. The back is tile-hung. The front is faced with Roman cement and has a moulded wooden cornice, parapet, sash windows with glazing bars intact on the first floor, one bay on the ground floor, and a doorway up 4 steps with iron handrail, the doorway having fluted pilasters, pedestal, semi-circular fanlight, and a door of 6 moulded panes.
