Category B Date Added 22/11/1973 Local Authority Argyll And Bute Planning Authority Argyll And Bute Parish Kilbrandon And Kilchattan NGR NM 74052 13007 Coordinates 174052, 713007 — A scattered group of 1-storeyed cottages together with Cullipool House (1 1/2 storeyed; formerly the quarry-manager's house) and St Peter's Church (dated 1894; now converted into a dwelling). Cottages are rubble-built, mostly harled, and slated. — Built to house workers of Cullipool Slate Quarries. In 1870's Quarry closed 1964. Comprises Nos:- 1 (Seabank); 4, 5, 6, 7; 14, 15, 16; 18, 19, 20, 21, 22; 26 (Sherbrooke Cottage); 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32; Village Hall; 33; 34-35, 36, 37-38; 39, 40, 41, 42; Arizona Villa.
