Official information

Horderley railway station was part of the Bishop's Castle Railway, operational from 1866 until its closure in 1935. The station featured a single platform and basic facilities, serving primarily as a stop for passenger trains and a goods yard. Today, the former railway line has been transformed into the Onny Trail, offering a scenic walking route along the River Onny.
