Details PORTSMOUTH SU6300 VICTORIA PARK 774-1/8/126 HMS Shah Memorial GV II Monument. c1880. Granite. 4 sided obelisk on base set on sandstone plinth. Inscription reads: "Erected by the Officers and Ships Company of H.M.S. Shah To the memory of the Officers and men who died during the Commission in the Pacific and in the Zulu War. Commissioned 1876". (Berridge DW: Monuments and Memorials in the City of Portsmouth: 1984-: 14). Listing NGR: SU6610802158 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register.
