Details This List entry has been amended to add sources for further reading (06/12/2016) SU 83 NW HEADLEY HIGH STREET 8/36 War Memorial GV II War memorial. c1920. White stone monument, in the form of a semi-circular recess, flanked by piers, enclosing receding steps. Above the top moulding there is a raised centre, surmounted by a cross. 3 bronze plaques record those who lost their lives, between 1914 and 1919. Listing NGR: SU8217236177 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 6 December 2016.
