Category B Date Added 31/08/1983 Local Authority Highland Planning Authority Highland Parish Fodderty NGR NH 48196 57997 Coordinates 248196, 857997 — W C Joass, 1888. Gothic. Bullfaced rubble, contrasting polished ashlar dressings. Rectangular building with gable to north and south; centre entrance in south gable; paired doors recessed under shallow pointed headed entrance with moulded reveals and nook shafts; large window with curvilinear tracery above; flanking square gallery stair turrets project at angles, turning to octagonal above eaves with lancet windows and diminutive lucarnes in stone facetted roofs. 3 large windows, also with curvilinear tracery, in buttressed flanks. Slate roof with fleche ridge bell-cote. Contemporary hall to rear.
