Category B Date Added 03/08/1971 Local Authority Dumfries And Galloway Planning Authority Dumfries And Galloway Parish Kirkconnel NGR NS 77405 10722 Coordinates 277405, 610722 — Worn datestone at 2 diagonally opposite ends of parapet, possibly 1825. Road-bridge 2 similar segmental hoodmoulded arches over Crawick Water (that to west flood relief). Stugged ashlar with polished dressings and voussoirs,/ bull-faced pier with cutwater either side and wide pilaster strip above; recessed arch rings; band course below coped parapets, latter splayed at approaches.
