Details CLEOBURY MORTIMER SO6775 CHURCH STREET 582-1/13/185 (North side) War Memorial outside Church of St Mary GV II War memorial. c1920. Ashlar with rough-hewn dressing. Large Celtic-style cross with raised cross motif at head. Tapered shaft. Set on simple 2 stage plinth with inclined sides to upper stage, and plain lower stage. Inscribed names on south face of lower shaft and both plinth stages. Listing NGR: SO6739275763 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 25 July 2017.
