Carnteel (from Irish Carn tSiadhail, meaning 'Sheil's cairn') is a small village, townland and civil parish, about 2 miles (3 km) northeast of Aughnacloy in County Tyrone, Northern Ireland. It is in the historic barony of Dungannon Lower.
