Details 1. 1615 SALISBURY ROAD (South-West side) War Memorial at apex of Salisbury Road and A350 ST 8622 7/230 II GV 2. Of stone; tall cross resting on square plinth. Bears the inscription: "To the Glory of God and in memory of those of the Parish of Cann who gave their lives in the Great War 1914-1918." War Memorial Nos 5 to 9 (odd), Premises of W Fanner and Sons Sheerness Cottage, Cann Court, Knapp Villa, dwarf wall, railings, gates and Gate piers form a group. Listing NGR: ST8687322629 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 24 July 2017.
