About

Cadbury World, opened in 1990 on the original Bournville factory site, is the chocolate-themed visitor attraction adjacent to the working Cadbury chocolate works in Birmingham. Fourteen self-guided zones cover the cocoa story, the Cadbury family Quaker history, the Aztec roots of chocolate, a chocolate-making demonstration where visitors can squiggle their own warm Dairy Milk, a 4D cinema and a working production line viewing gallery. The landscaped Bournville model village around it — built by the Cadburys for their workers — is itself a heritage attraction.
