Category B Date Added 13/04/1971 Local Authority Highland Planning Authority Highland Parish Latheron NGR ND 20228 33810 Coordinates 320228, 933810 — Probably late 17th century, solid square rubble tower approximately 25' high, with square apertures in each face below pyramidal apex. Approximately 7' square at base. — Scheduled Monument. Stands on hill above Old Latheron Parish Church. Bell said to have been removed to a Caithness church in early 19th century.
