Details SU 65 SE, 11/76 WINSLADE, HACKWOOD PARK, Bridge to artificial lake 26.04.57 II Early C19. Three-arched bridge, with low cambered arches resting on battered piers, with side buttresses, and retaining walls. A slightly-projecting band is continuous below the parapet, which has a capping above a single cavetto moulding. The parallel parapets widen beyond the arches, and end by an angled terminal section, finishing on a circular pier. Stucco exterior to brick structure. Within the arches is a retaining wall, giving a deeper north elevation, and at one time a south-side reflection in an artificial lake.
