Details BURY ST EDMUNDS TL8564SE EASTGATE STREET 639-1/8/349 (North side) 12/07/72 Bridge Over the River Lark (Formerly Listed as: EASTGATE STREET (North side) Bridge over River Lark, east of The Broadway) GV II Bridge. 1840. Cast-iron handrails, purpose-made, with arched ornamentation in Gothic style; octagonal brick piers with stone plinth and capping. The railings on both approaches to the bridge, in a different style, formerly surrounded the Market Cross.
