Details TL 21 SE 5/155 TEWIN POPLARS GREEN (B1000) Bridge over River Mimram II Road bridge. 1801 for the 5th Earl Cowper as part of a road diversion at the time of the building of Panshanger, Hertingfordbury Civil Parish (q.v.). Stock brick with stone dressings. A single arch with date on keystones. Plat bands to rebuilt parapets with ridged stone copings. End piers to splayed abutments.
