Details STREATLAM AND STAINTON A 688 NZ O1 NE (North side, off) 13/205 Bridge over 14/9/66 Forthburn Beck on north drive to former Streatlam Castle GV II Bridge. Probably mid C19. Sandstone ashlar. High round-headed arch with keyed voussoirs; parapet band at road-bed level; parapets and quadrant approach walls have moulded sides to flat-topped coping, and are each interrupted and terminated by 8 piers or pilasters with chamfered rustication, cornices continuous with moulding of parapet, and low pyramid coping.
