Open hall plan with service and solar wings, extended and converted. 2 storeys; hall of 3 bays, close studded service wing to left of 4 short bays and solar to right of 2 bays; timber framed porch in angle between hall and solar, with close studding and curved brackets, possibly marks the position of a former oriel; to left of service wing a pebbledash rendered, timber framed, hipped roof extension is probably C16 or C17; this has a massive projecting brick end stack with re-built paired shafts and an integral red brick stack in front of the ridge; C19 casements throughout including tall rectangular window to hall, canted bay windows to the service and solar wings.
