Details BICKERSTAFFE CHURCH ROAD SD 40 SW 13/26 War Memorial GV II War memorial. Circa 1920. Limestone. Square plan. Base has chamfered square piers at corners and is raised on 3 steps. Memorial has slim diagonal buttresses with crocketed pinnacles. Central cross shaft is also crocketed and has a cross fleury inscribed with sacred monogram. Listing NGR: SD4453004246 This List entry has been amended to add sources for War Memorials Online and the War Memorials Register. These sources were not used in the compilation of this List entry but are added here as a guide for further reading, 2 February 2017.
